UI/UX Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with UI Capabilities team on UI/UX design and implementation for sales facing front end tool.
• Create, maintain and document UI standards and best practices for capabilities team to follow.
• Capture user stories and mockups to better fit user needs.
• Own and manage capabilities team documentation, mock ups and proposals, and training strategies.
• Participate in planning, including project goals, project scope & timelines.
• Work with Business Management organization to collaborate on the overall roadmap and strategic vision.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Highly motivated in mobile application design and heavy user of mobile applications.
• Experienced in preparing professional presentation materials.
• Understanding of UI related software architecture.
• Working knowledge and skills in Usability Engineering.
• Must be highly skilled in using office wares – MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Must demonstrate creative innovative approach to design.
• Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal communication and listening skills.
• Demonstration or portfolio of wireframes/workflows of user interface/interaction design required.
